The Killers Next Door

Bobby Von Lester realizes he is at a critical juncture in his life. Frustrated, he gets the rash impulse to steal a van and track down his estranged foster brother, Ryan Edwards, who has also fallen on hard times; it is his last day to find employment in a job placement program through his halfway house. With the looming threat of returning to prison hanging over them, Bobby convinces Ryan to join him on a road trip north in hopes of finding work and a fresh start. In the meantime, to escape the tumultuous city life, the Howells’, Ro, and Sean, a young married couple, decide to take a much-needed vacation to their secluded and peaceful family cabin.
